An early product prototype and developed a high-fidelity demo for the Microsoft Build 2025 event as part of Microsoft’s initiative to modernize HR and IT services through AI.
Starting with Figma files provided by Microsoft, I collaborated with internal stakeholders to refine interaction flows, define key user moments, and showcase integrations with platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors.
The final set of demos brought the experience to life by demonstrating how the Employee Self-Service Agent supports critical stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to IT requests, while aligning with Microsoft’s vision for AI-powered productivity.
